2013 SCHEDULE
FROM MAY 1ST TO 5TH, 2013
May 1st, 2013
The meeting point will be in the selected city airport two hours before the scheduled departure time of the regular flight and we will travel with Royal Air Maroc.
After a flight of about two hours, we will meet the groups in Casablanca to take the following flight to Ourzazate with an approximate duration of one hour.
Upon arrival at Ouarzazate and after the passport control process, cars will be waiting to receive us and move to Xaluca Dades hotel where we will stay the first night in Morocco.
The distance from the airport to the hotel Ouarzazate is 1h30m.
If there are no flight delays we envisage that the arrival time will be 02.30 h (local time)
May 2nd, 2013
The following day in the morning, we will take a good breakfast to get ready for the long day that we have prepared.
At the check out together with the person in charge of organization the journey we will be distribute in the jeeps and we will take the road about 08.00am.
During the morning we will travel by road about 340 km (5 hours) to the area where the race is being developed.
The landscapes throughout the route are spectacular and will allow us to enjoy the best venues in the country before reaching the Titan Desert Camp about 1:00pm.
Once there, we will make the haimas assignment where we will sleep and were we will enjoy the experience of sleeping under the starry desert sky.
Lunch will be at the camp.
Depending on the schedule of the race we will move to a passage of dunes near the camp to see the Titans at the end of the fifth stage of the race.
This is undoubtedly the best place to enjoy the race and have to take advantage to finish the first contact with Morocco and start to enjoy the country.
At 8:00pm, in the camp, is performed the Briefing of the day and it's made a pass of photographs and videos of the day, as has been summarizing the stage.
Later we will dine in the restaurant with the participants.
The dinner time is from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.
Will only rest after a day full of thousand sensations certainly will cost us to forget and we will live one night in the genuine Titan Desert Camp.
May 3rd, 2013
We will get up early to attend the departure of the 6th and final stage of the 2013 edition. After the start we will take our breakfast peacefully and will collect our luggage to get moving.
Will travel a length of about 40 km (50 minutes) to reach Erfoud it is where will be assembled the finish of the race.
Once there, you can enjoy lunch at our hotel, as the schedule is from 12:00am _ to 5:00pm h to wait in the arrival area and thrill riders with them.
The arrival is undoubtedly one of the most emotional moments of the Titan Desert and sharing with them is an incredible moment we must seize without hesitation and that will remain etched in our memory.
In the afternoon after a good shower, we will make a visit near Risani to see how they perform the famous fossils of Erfoud and that serve as a trophy of the race for all riders.
Back at the hotel we will stop at the beautiful town of Erfoud to enjoy a good cup of tea in one of the terraces and to be able of to make purchases of some souvenir in the small shops that fills their streets.
May 4th, 2013
On this day participants will return to Spain with the charter flights but we will stay peacefully eating breakfast at the hotel and having the morning free to rest, after lunch we will travel to Ouarzazate where we will stay in a local hotel.
Will travel a length of about 300 km (3 hours).
After settling and freshen up we will enjoy dinner and we will go to rest and the next day we get up early to return to Spain.
May 5th, 2013
About 05:00am we will make the transfer to Ouarzazate airport for the flight back in line regular Royal Air Maroc with Casablanca scale.

Considerations:
- At the camps the haimas are not shared with the participant, but with other accompanists of the program.
- The organization reserves the right to modify this program.
- Program unique, no changes shall be allowed or divisions by customers.
PRIZES
PRIZE PER PERSON: 1.250€
(The registration period ends on March 15th, 2013 as long as there is flight availability. After that date we can not ensure the permanence of the fee).
SPLIT PAYMENT:
- 750 € at the time of registration, as seat reservations.
- 500 € remaining before March 15th, 2013.
