At 05:00am in the morning alarms goes off, it's time to stretch and begin preparing the next stage there is no time to play as a number of things must be ready before 07:00 am, when the stage starts on the bike.
At 5:30am bags of belongings must been deposit in the truck that will be in next camp at the end of the stage. It is also time for breakfast.
At 06:00am begins the mandatory collection of water for the stage. By law, each participant must complete the 3 liters of hydration backpack before signatures control that takes place at 06:30am and the collection of his bicycle in the parking at 06:45am.
At 07:00am it kicks out the stage of the day. Cyclists should be formed in the arch that marks the initial point of the stage. During the tour participants will find different Check Points (CP, 3 or 4 per stage) and supplies (3 per stage and the second with cold drinks).
The end of the stage clearly depends on the pace of the participants. There are those who will arrive in four or five hours and arrived there at 12:00am. At the moment of arrival you must due the full day roadbook to the marshalls and they will delivered the next day road book.
It's time to eat, since the arrival of the first participant and until 05:00pm buffet lunch will be served in the restaurant tent. Relax, take a shower, fix your bike or visit the physiotherapist are other things you can do through the afternoon. Until 07:00pm the participants have a few hours rest. The dining room opens for dinner at 07:00pm and until 11:00pm.
At 08:00pm it's time for the briefing of the next stage where participants will receive instructions to face the next day and where they take notes and sketches along with the road book in addition to watch the broadcast television signal with the best images of the day.
At 09:00pm it's time to go to sleep. Just before, the clothes should be prepared for the next day and psych up for the next stage.
