The Nissan Titan Desert 2009 drug test will take place at the end of the final stage and the following competitors should be there:

- Top three finishers of the final placings
- Winner of each category
- Two random competitors 

In the last 'briefing', just before the final stage the organization will communicate the place where drug test will be done.
